I’m a big fan of Roger Ebert’s book on rice cookers. I’d cook quinoa and beans tex-mex with load of vegetables.
I would make more white rice – however, I usually use broth to flavor it a little bit. If I won this, I am sure I would be experimenting with lots more recipes 🙂

Rice cookers like the one from Aroma are definitely becoming more like crock pots, only better in my opinion. Really – what wouldn’t I cook in it? I would probably start with the Brown Rice Salad with Tahini-Lemon Dressing as found among tons of other rice cooker recipes on the Aroma website. There are tons of dishes, including desserts that seem very easy and sound oh so delicious!
