My biggest struggle ever has been losing the weight I put on from pregnancy and the injury I had at the same time that made it hard to walk! I think being nearly bedridden for a year made the weight gain so much worse, and it is stubborn weight!

its a combination of a couple of things- first off, I have 9 kiddos;… so I pick off their plates while preparing or cleaning up and cooking. By tthe end of the night I am so hungry for sweets, its crazy…. I have little self control and I bake A LOT!
