If there is one thing that I hate. That would be calling to make a doctor’s appointment and being told that I have to wait weeks to be seen. In my case, most of the time, when I am seen, I am feeling much better( just joking…it seems that way). I recently gave them a try for the purpose of this review. The first thing that is needed is the actual Doctor On Demand app. Since I am an Android user I had to download it from the Google Play Store.  (The app itself is free however to receive the consultation, you must pay the fee of $40). Before to long, less than 5 minutes, I was able to speak with the doctor face to face. Because my situation was a minor skin irritation from my recent vacation, I was not provided with a prescription however if one was needed, the doctor would have provided one that I could simply pick up from my local pharmacist. How cool is that. No long wait time to be seen by a doctor and I didn’t even have to leave the comfort of my home. I recently found out that a smart phone is not the only way that you can speak to a doctor. You can use a Kindle,iPhone,iPad,Android device or even a computer.
